Direct Pay charges 0.5% per transaction from your service wallet - the actual transaction money goes directly to your paybill. Smart Gateway charges a percentage of each transaction since we collect the funds and credit your wallet.

If the STK push fails or the customer cancels, no fee is deducted. The 0.5% fee only applies to successful transactions.

Yes. You can have Direct Pay links for your own paybill channels and Smart Gateway links for card and crypto - all from the same account.

Withdrawals use a configurable percentage fee per method (default: M-Pesa 1%, Bank 1.5%, PayPal 3.4%). Set by your admin in the platform settings.

NOWPayments creates an invoice priced in KES (converted to crypto equivalent at live rates). The customer pays in BTC, ETH, USDT or 300+ other coins. Once confirmed on-chain, Bitnova credits the KES equivalent to your wallet.
